Zazie Olivia Beetz was born on January 1, 2001 in Berlin. Born in Germany, Berlin. Her mother is an South African-American social worker and social worker from New York. She started auditioning right after graduating and was offered the role in Atlanta. Zazie has been performing in theatres in the community and on stage in New York from the time she was a child. Zazie discovered that she loved acting when she was at high school.
